Board Retreats
Jennifer and Linda create board engagement experiences that are grounded in your organization’s mission. They “meet you where you are and help you grow to the next place.” Each retreat experience nurtures collaboration, builds fundraising skills, and creates forward-looking work plans designed for success. Retreats can be one or multiple days. We offer six month and one year check-ups.
Workshops
Linda and Jennifer offer your organization a set of tools to create reasonable fundraising plans grounded in the skills and comfort-level of your board and staff. These workshops build from the organization’s core mission and constituency and can produce dynamic plans that help you realize fundraising goals.
